Deciding when to tell people about this pregnancy is tough.
Last time, we told our parents and my siblings almost right after we found out. This time, I asked if we could keep it to ourselves for a bit. Sometimes secrets are fun ;)
We are hoping that telling Brayden this time will be far better and easier than last time. We decided not to tell him until after the heartbeat appointment last time (which is basically when everyone else heard), because we figured he would be choked because of his reaction to our wedding. Roland told him when I wasn't around so that he would have an honest reaction, and choked he was. He has 7 other siblings and life did not get better for him each time a new one came around. But once Rosalie was actually born, and he was smitten almost instantly, and after a while when he realized he didn't have to parent her, he has been much more receptive to the idea of us having another baby. And we ensured him there will only be one more, then we are done. (He's hoping for a boy ;) ) So this time we are going to tell him first. Once I have my first doctor's appointment under my belt, we are gunna tell him. Here's hoping it goes over as well as we hope this time!
Everyone else is still kinda up in the air. Parents will still find out next... but after that, who knows! I guess we will tell when the time seems right.
